At the Northern California Music & Art Culture Center, we believe that children thrive in group settings. Always striving to promote a positive learning environment, we offer these types of classes so that our students can absorb as much as possible and freely express themselves alongside peers.

PAINTING:
Monday 4:15-5: 15 pm; This painting class is a discovery of painting techniques, which includes structure, form, composition, color theory and the use of tools. The students are encouraged to express their own individual styles and also learn about other artists as well.

PIANO: Tuesday 4:00-5:00 pm; Thursday, 5:00-6:00 pm; Friday, 4:00-5:00 pm;  Students will develop their musical reading, listening and physical skills in order to play expressively. This course will both introduce and reinforce musical concepts with engaging piano music.

GUITAR: Friday 5:00-6:00pm. For students ages 8-12. Students will experience what it is like to perform together in a group band.  They’ll learn band etiquette as it applies to rehearsal and performances, equipment setup, stage presence, teamwork, responsibilities as a guitarist and more!
