Biography

Jennifer Redondas (violin/viola) is a Cuban-born performer active across the U.S. and Europe, with appearances in the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, France, and Cuba. Notable venues include Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw and the Mozarteum in Salzburg. As a historical violinist and violist, she has performed at the Oregon Bach Festival and the Berwick Academy under Jos van Veldhoven, and she won the San Francisco Conservatory of Music Baroque Concerto Competition (2023).

Her interest in Cuban music and jazz has brought performances at SFJAZZ with artists such as Chris Potter, Anat Cohen, and Chucho Valdés. An active teaching artist with the San Francisco Symphony’s Adventures in Music program, she was also a Fellow with the Classical Tahoe Orchestra (2023). Jennifer holds an M.M. in Violin Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
